All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom or made-to-order products may require 3–7 business days for production before shipping.
Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
Canada: 2–7 business days
United States: 4–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method.
Free shipping promotions, when available, apply only to qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Packaging
Every product is carefully inspected and securely packaged to minimize the risk of damage during transportation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees charged by their local authorities.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.
NORA 3D Manufacturing is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
When possible, include photographs of the package and the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.
